1. Can I receive an official invoice or purchase order?
Absolutely! If you need an "official" invoice or purchase
order from us (with our company information, logo, address, etc.)
, please do not hesitate to request one. Simply let us know your order
details, and someone will have the invoice or purchase order e-mailed
back to you shortly.
Invoice and Purchase Orders are handled as quickly as you need them.
Usually these are processed and sent back to you within 12 hours of
the request.
An invoice/purchase order can be requested by e-mailing
support.
2. Do you offer your software on CD-ROM?
Yes! All of our software products are available on CD-ROM, except
for iSpyNOW (due to it's remote installation capabilities). You may
purchase a CD-ROM by selecting the option titled "Order this
product on a CD" during the order process.
Note: An additional $10.00 is required if you wish to purchase
our software on CD. This fee takes care of the production of the CD,
as well as shipping and handling.
3. I do not live in the USA - Can I still purchase?
Yes! We accept international orders. International orders can be
placed using our secure online ordering system.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all of the following form of payments:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express)
- Direct Wire Transfers
- PayPal and 2Checkout (if you have difficulties ordering via our
online store)
5. What will appear on my credit card?
All orders placed through our online store, as well as by any of
our affiliates will appear as "PLIMUS INC." on your credit
card statement when you are billed.
