1. How do I receive and use my software after purchasing?
After you have successfully purchased our software
(either by our online store, or by phone/fax) you will receive an
e-mail from us. Inside this e-mail is your receipt for the purchase,
as well as a link to download the software. When you receive this
e-mail, simply click the Download link, and select "Save
Download As..." when prompted. The software may take a few minutes
to download, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
Once the software has been downloaded, close all
programs that may be running on your computer, including any trial
versions of our software that may be running on your PC. Next, run
the file you previously downloaded (the same name as you saved the
file as in the above step) and double-click the file to execute the
installation. After the installer has been successfully executed,
simply follow the onscreen instructions to install the software.

2. I do not feel comfortable using my credit card
online - what are my options?
Our credit card provider uses secure and encrypted
pages to process your credit card information. This process is much
safer than any other method you are currently using to pay for a dinner
at a restaurant.
Your credit card information is passed directly
from you to our merchant account with no other eyes having the ability
to see your information. We offer the highest security 128-bit encryption
to ensure your information is safe.
We do, however, make exceptions. We have, from time
to time, accepted payments via PayPal, Yahoo! PayDirect, Firepay,
and others. If you'd like to use this method of payment, please contact
us.
3. I need to download another copy of my software!
If you need to download another copy of the software
you have purchased, you may use the order email you've received to
receive another copy. If you receive an error stating that your account
has expired - do not worry! Simply contact us
and the support team will send you a copy of the software via e-mail
immediately.
Note: To prevent delay's in receiving the software,
please include your Order ID when e-mailing us. This will allow us
to verify your order much quicker.
4. Is there an annual fee for the software?
Absolutely not! After purchasing any of our software
products, you will never again be billed. The software that you purchase
will run indefinitely and not require any annual fee's or dues. Additionally,
all orders come with lifetime, priority 24/7 technical support, as
well as one year of free minor updates to the software you purchased.
5. What platforms does your software run on?
All of our products are tested to work entirely
on all of the following Operating Systems:
